Gullibility levels, by the way, are depending on one's own 'past experiences'. Which explains WHY ALL people can be FOOLED some of the time, and WHY SOME people all of the time.

The reason NOT ALL people can be FOOLED all of the time is because there IS an inner KNOWING, which is HELD by ALL people, and which is IN AGREEMENT WITH and IN ACCEPTANCE BY ALL people, and things.
