There are and I've invested in one of them but they don't and can't do what a central exchange does.

Its blockchain technology that is in the early stages, cryptotokens are just a part of the technology but you are dreaming if you think these things are going to go anyway other than the interweeb did. It's all just fantasies of the disabused 'left' that such things will usher in some kind of 'utopia'.

What are you referring to when you use the word left?
Blockchains and cryptocurrencies are ushering in a new concept for value, security, commodities, and currency.
...really never said blockchains will usher in some kind of utopia. Really don't see that.
