You cannot equate consciousness to electromagnetic filed
And again, NO ONE BELIEVES that consciousness "emerges from electromagnetic fields" per se, so it's not something we have to worry about. No one is equating the two.
So consciousness is not an emergent phenomena and it is not equal in matter so what it is?

It is "equal to matter," it's just that it's not an electromagnetic field per se. It's particular states of neurons and glia and synapses and so on.

Mental state is what Mind can experience and act upon. We know by fact that the experience decision and act are local phenomena. Mind however does not have any location since it is not mental state.
Ok, you're saying since MIND isn't a MENTAL STATE (mind isn't a state of mind) it doesn't have a location.
Do go on

Minds are the subjective aspects of brains, bodies proper, and social and natural environments.
Human languages can be either subjective, mind language or objective, physicalistic language or melanges of the two.
Insofar as there are differentiated human bodies there are differentiated human minds.
Within the ontologically monistic theory of God= Existence itself then mind-brains can be perceived as all mind-brains and also as differentiated mind-brains.
