Don't know where you live but over here trafficking is generally not of 'prostitutes' but the kidnapping, enslavement and forced rape of naive girls who are then sold on and on to be raped repeatedly on a daily basis by 'clients'. They are also often hooked involuntarily onto hard drugs.

The Brits, for the most part, are like Americans: just folks goin' about their business, gettin' through their day. And, like Americans, interspersed through the population there are loons, jackasses, pushy fucks, the parasitical, the greedy, the pursuers of power, and other shitheads who screw the pooch for everyone. Pretty much every member of every government you care to name (British, American, etc.) is a shithead.

And: government (the governors) are not your friend in any way...they're supposed to be your employees...they are your rulers...cast 'em off or navigate 'round 'em, but never, ever, submit to them.
