its called civil rights. They make employment so you cant keep a dime
is that slavery? Money serves the wealthy , it dont serve the poor, so money is a form of slavery to the wealthy.
The question is why is it immoral?

The question is "WHY". It's pointless you just saying it is.

they dont have the right to life. They deserve death. Innocent they are far from. Work is for the living not a bastard.
Besides that innocent of crime a man is not subject to another man.
Who would desire the work of the guilty? They have no care for life, they deprive it.

You have not begun to answer the question.
Why do you think you or anyone has the right to life? Why don't you deserve death? Are you innocent?

If you think that treating people like shit is 'moral' then you will believe slavery is 'moral'.
Why do people talk about 'morality' as though it's an entity in itself? There is no such thing as 'morality'. Morality is empathy and compassion, and it's certainly not exclusive to humans.
In every large U.S. city with a significant black population, they commit a disproportionate number of serious crimes. This partly explains their disproportionate rate of incarceration.

These are two questions, and arguably way more topics than that.
Slavery is immoral because it harms a person and is unfair (e.g. not in turn for "moral balance" as in your example)
What you are talkng about is punishment and forced labour is certainly part of it, accepted and probably in most cases far preferred to incarceration.

"Slavery in the Bible was based on CRIME AND DEBT AND TRESPASS AND THEFT AND WAR CRIMES AND RESTITUTION. And punishment. Just like prison systems today. And on BOND-PAYMENT. NOT skin color."
I have an article on it but I dont know if I am allowed to post it.

And what explains the fact that they commit most crimes?

The "black community" has not produced a moral code to restrain the actors' tendency toward violence (crimes of violence) and tendency toward theft (underground economy).

In other words you think blacks are not part of society.
DO you know what racism means?

It is a bizarre comment.

It's clearly a way of diverting responsibility away from himself; its called "denial" and it asserts the existing institutional racism.
