Also, sabotage and stress are two different things.
Well, call it Spaghetti Monster if you're a Pastafarian.

Self-sabotage is what leads to perceiving experience as regular stress when you set yourself up.

Spiritual stress comes from natural, elemental forces beyond your control or even anticipation. Dust Bowl forces a physical exodus from all that you’ve known. The mind follows form into the future and any experiences are spiritual. Death will visit us all no matter the choice or self-sabotage and will either pass by or take you. If it passes by then you live to meet stress in life spiritually with the same awareness as when you met death that passed by. When this causal inevitability becomes perpetually apparent one lives a spiritual life one moment to the next, i.e., in the present or as close to the present as Life defined by limitations of form allows.

Well, we all experience regular stress when we live in this world. I want this, I seek this, I want to be successful, I want to be rich, my family is not well, I have this problem, I have a health problem, the world is not being kind to me, and so on – these are some instances of regular stress that we face, which cannot be avoided. If your leg is broken, you have to face the stress. If you got fired from a job, you have to face the stress related to it. Spiritual stress is not something that you “have to” face, but you “choose to” face. You don’t need to think about questions such as: Who is God? Where is God? Why God? What God? How to find God? How to live spiritually? What is a soul? You don’t “need” this spiritual stress. You “choose” spiritual stress, but regular stress just falls on you.

Good answer. So spiritual stress is stress over spiritual things? Can we also have something like philosophical stress?

But my own experience has made me realize that spiritual quest gives peace, and it leads to joy and finally liberation while alive and God willing, enlightenment, Moksh, Nirvana, or ultimate joy after this life is over. While nobody has told me this, I learned this truth from the lives of great ones like Buddha, Jesus, Shankaracharya, and Ramana Maharishi.
I have known 'God' to exist for 19yrs. I would have preferred to have been nailed to a crucifix than what that God c.unt did to me...and i am a Christian. So where is this peace and joy and liberation?

Jesus was one of those that taught you about peace joy liberation enlightenment?

In the buy bull Jesus stated that he came not for peace but as a sword. And a two faced sword 'he' truly is.
