Your point is valid in a way.
However, it is human to access our surroundings and to intellectually formulate an opinion.

Try a politics forum then. Or can you not access such surroundings anymore due to being banned from most of them?

It's true. I've been banned from every forum that I have ever participated in...even, at times, this one.
I push the envelope to the limit. At times, beyond.
YOU HAVE TO.
As I have stated before. The game has changed. Rick & the Mods have recognized this. And slowly, members here are beginning to understand.
The dynamic is different. HUMAN'S ATTENTION IS NOW THE MOST VALUABLE REAL ESTATE IN THE ETHERNET. Period.
You must be creative. You must post interesting dialog. Dialog MUST BE SHORT.
YOU MUST POST IN AN ARTISTIC WAY.
OKay! Let's get started!
Follow my lead. C'mon.

I usually don't read your posts, but this caught my eye:

YOU HAVE TO.
Right...
THAT'S what it is!!

It's you being bold and "pushing the envelope"!

"You have to" SEE IT THAT WAY, don't you? Such self-protective denial is not obvious at all.
Bill Wiltrack wrote:The game has changed. Rick & the Mods have recognized this. And slowly, members here are beginning to understand. The dynamic is different. HUMAN'S ATTENTION IS NOW THE MOST VALUABLE REAL ESTATE IN THE ETHERNET.
Sort of like the over-the-top attention that Trump generates, right? That's what we're supposed to aim for??? The person who receives/generates the most attention wins???
But attention does not indicate intelligence or progress, does it? Fear and hate spur creativity too. Clearly there are all sorts of mindless and manic distractions and disruptions to avoid engaging honorably. I'm guessing that dynamic is more in-line with why you've been banned so much. It would explain why you frequently try to project your own traits and perspectives onto other people and claim that such is normal and inevitable for everyone. No, it's not normal and inevitable for everyone. It's your shit... own it.

Yeah. I don't see anything wrong in what you say here.
I own it. I own my posts here. I crafted my opinions and posted them. Sort-of logical & straight forward.
And I am about the only one here who does.
Bill Wiltrack is my legal name. I own-up to ALL my posts.
Something you should think about.

Why do you say this?
Bill Wiltrack wrote:

Surely you realize that using one's legal name is no indication of truly owning anything or of being truthful. All sorts of deluded people use their legal names.
I wouldn't say it's a smart thing to do either. Why don't you just post your phone number and address too? (I'll have some pizzas sent over to your house.

) Do you think it's smart for a person... perhaps especially a female... to post her information for any obsessed nutjob (or crazy ex) to track her down? Hopefully people can tell that my interaction here is honest and thoughtful, and surely that's worth more than the superficial revelation of someone's legal name.
If you are truly owning your stuff as your own, why do you keep projecting it onto other people? Accusing "everyone" of possessing/seeing all the same kind of hate and ugliness that you do? Can you even imagine that there are other ways of being than what you think you know?

True, anyone here upon this forum can find-out my address, most of my criminal record...all sorts of things.
That's me. I am unafraid.
I have already been stalked by a career criminal & almost lost my life because of that.
What I learned from that is that I am unafraid. Take your best shot. I trust you & everyone else here.
I realize that you are relatively new here.
I have made it clear in the past that I consider anyone here that does not use their legal name as a sort-of coward. UNLESS you are female.
So, for most members here I consider female. As I do you.
That assumption allows me to communicate with you - rather than thinking of a reality that you just may be male instead of the feminine character you choose to hide behind here upon The Forum.
To be any type of REAL philosopher you must have at least a modicum of bravery within you.
If you do not have that and you actually are a male...I feel sorry for what you must see when you finally do have a decent look within yourself.
Not really projecting myself onto others here at the PhilosophyNow Forums but I do express myself, just like everyone else does.
Don't care how you post or what you post. This is a forum & most of the time I formulate threads & responses to posts as a self-actualization tool for myself and possibly as a benefit to others here.
I don't hate. Unlike everyone else here I have NEVER called another member here any type of derogatory name. Period. And I have well over 4,000 posts under my belt.
So, there's that.
Far as pizza. Send me ALL the pizzas you want!

What has a comms protocol got to do with anything?
It's always been bread and circuses, the Internut is just the latest iteration.
You must be creative. You must post interesting dialog. Dialog MUST BE SHORT.

Sure if it's money or popularity or notoriety or gnudom one seeks but this is supposed to be a Philosophy forum and as such one can assume an attention span longer than the goldfish one that suits your milieu.
OKay! Let's get started!
No! Let's not.
Follow my lead. C'mon.
Why? I have no need for such a vicarious form of self-affirmation.
Lemmie show you where the life-giving water is!
I drink from a different fountain. One that was never that popular with the pleb and the prole but just keeps on being around for thousands of years.

Okay, that's creepy. If some people can't tell that I'm consistently genuine in my communication... and that I'm clearly not here to jerk people around for some kind of fantasy... then I guess they can think whatever they want. I am 100% female... and a "thinker" and brave and playful... always have been. I feel it's pretty much a waste of time to pretend and/or to NOT do something genuinely. Now I may occasionally dress up like a medieval wench or a woodland faerie for neighborhood potlucks in the woods... but it's all for fun... I'm not trying to hide behind something. And I have the same philosophical/cosmic conversations with my friends that I try to have here... except my friends are on the same wavelength, and there's no reason to curse at them.
Bill Wiltrack wrote:

Sure. I think it also helps to get ones little ideas out of the way, because there are always lots and lots of bigger ideas.
Bill Wiltrack wrote:Not really projecting myself onto others here at the PhilosophyNow Forums
Surely seems like you have -- in the way that you tell people who they are and what they think. You make these blanket statements onto "everybody"... and that's your own projection.
Bill Wiltrack wrote:
I don't hate. Unlike everyone else here I have NEVER called another member here any type of derogatory name.
Some of your "dark" projections seem a bit hateful. Maybe I'm misunderstanding them? Maybe they're just twisted and creepy.
Derogatory names are sometimes useful for creative sparring -- another form of art.

I've done it a lot here. I do not feel any hate when I do it... although my little devil's horns may be sticking out of the top of my head (and I'm often laughing). I don't just call people names for no reason -- it's usually in response to something stupid or rude that they say. However, truly, if I were face-to-face with anyone on this forum, my eyes would be smiling back at them. I wish the best for everyone, even if there are people I don't want to hang out with because I think they're off their nut.

Well, okay... but you'll be paying for it when they're delivered. Would you like a side order of cheesy breadsticks too?

As I said, if you are female I understand NOT using your god-given legal name.
Far as name calling - derogatory name calling of fellow members,...just not necessary upon a forum such as this.

And there are a lot of people who don't think your images are necessary upon a forum such as this (which is why I've turned them off). I'll stop if you do.

No 'God' gave me my name.
I'm not surprised that you cannot understand why others would not use their name as you've never had to work in an environment where the employer will use the interweeb to vet you.
