The real mother teresa , the one that accepted heaps of charity money ,
and gave almost nothing to the sick and dieing in her care ,
she would give them a bed maybe some food and an unqualified nurse or two ,
but she didn't spend the money on getting the medicine they needed ,
instead she just watched them die ,

For children, as their age is the learning age, for them the concept and the details of the bible is going to be hit and super-eminent. This is what I believe. Also, the concept of bible if given to children, they are going to learn lots of things that are positive and provide with lots of defeatist and factual things of life.

why subject them to the madness at all ,
there are lots of other ways to introduce skills such as ,
fair play , sharing , being honest ,
the problem with the bible is , it isn't honest ,
it's a pack of lies , ancient stories about what even more ancient people ,
and what they thought the movement of the stars meant ,
well clearly it means nothing ,
the stars can and will come and go ,
and it has nothing to do with gods , creation , or any other silly nonsense mentioned in the bible ,
if you want your children to have the ability to keep it real ,
DON'T CORRUPT THEIR MINDS WITH THE IGNORANCE OF THE BIBLE
