True, which is why I said the history of democracy and unions involved the curtailing of the unions power to dictate its preferred will in such matters. Your claim made it appear that unions were reasonable about such matters.

Wiltrack, quit talking like the vacuous fool you are. You know as well as I do that you can't work for a company that has a union without becoming a member of that extortionist organization.

Seriously, are you posting under the guise of two different members here?
I've been screwed-up here upon this thread in reference as to whom I am conversing with...

Depends what you mean by being a member? As it does appear different over there from here but this appears to explain it fairly well.

You can scrap your right-to-work laws. What needs to be done is to eviserate and cut off the balls of every union on the face of the Earth!

Not mine bob, as over here we just allow the non-union member to freeload the benefits.

are employers required by law to give non-union members whatever the union negotiated?
that seems grossly unfair as well
if you are not in a union you should negotiate on your own

Unions should only be at the beck and call of a company, not the other way around.

First, I cannot understand this, and secondly it hurts my eyes to read it. His lines of text are quadruple-spaced, and he mixes regular typeface with bold font in a manner that has no coherence or reason. He types in all capitals for no reason, then intersperses political posts with animated GIFs of animals defecating.

You don't have to say you're talking about Wiltrack, he's obviously as psychotic as his posts.

I have to comment on the mixed emoticons, that's a first, albeit a pathetic first.

Not as pathetic as posting on the babynamewizard site.
