The conversion of that agency into an unaccountable white nationalist secret police force, and the devastating social consequences of that decision, will be Trump's primary legacy, and Walker's legacy will be his collusion in all this.

History might not care much about how much money the country is borrowing. It’s borrowing a lot, almost like Italy, but not as bad as Japan. People who used to worry about this don’t seem to care now. Maybe they’ll only care again if someone new is president.
History might not care much that many people will lose their health care, unless it makes people so upset that they change things and give health care to everyone, like Germany does. If not, people in America getting sick or dying because they are poor will just keep happening.
But history will think it’s really bad that we didn’t stop global warming. People in the future will say we were selfish. They will think the Republican party back then was very wrong for not caring about the planet.
The biggest thing people will remember is how the government made ICE very powerful. ICE became like secret police that hurt people. This caused a lot of pain for families. That will be the main thing people remember about Trump, and they will also remember that Walker helped him do it.
