Oh, I get it...and I disagree with it (you) for reasons already posted up-thread.

Again: you go on and do whatever it is you think you 'should': I'll continue to do as I 'choose'.
Then look no further than yourself, to understand the problem with this inequality of yours.

This is wrong, not all egg and sperm have equal potential except in a legal sense and there it is not achieved yet. the mother is considered more equal that the unborn child, otherwise there would be no abortion. There are many tribes in Africa that see another tribe as less equal than they are, hence the genocide. Muslims see Christians and Jews as slightly less equal than they are, and everyone else even less so. Legal equality has not been achieved, and physical and intellectual equality is non-existent. That everyone should be equal in a legal sense, - maybe. That everyone is equal in a legal, physical, or intellectual sense,- not even close.

Yes, thank you for initially engaging me, telling me I was wrong, just to beg out when you see that I have a point.
Actually, I was trying to be charitable.

"Because as long as you believe that people are unequal there can never be equality in your eyes..."

First: I 'believe' nuthin'; I 'see' a lot.

Second: never even hinted I was interesting in helping others become 'equal'.

The world is a friggin' grab bag of all kinds of folks (bright, stupid, healthy, sick, beautiful, ugly, etc.): I like it that way.

Good advice: 'keep your own counsel'.

Again 'all' that you have mentioned above is the evil that humans do in the name of their selfishness, which of course yields inequality, one sided, for themselves only. Obviously I do not speak of the evil that humans do, I am against it, I speak of the truth, that holds mans evil at bay. Here's another one for you, there is no such thing as sacrifice, where one kills or harms something else, sacrifice only exists when one harms or kills themselves.

I've never said that one can't have more physical power over another, of course they can. But that's not equality potential, that's physical difference, don't ask me why those that trod upon another are different. If those they trod upon where as big as Jupiter, they surely wouldn't attempt it, because the difference would be insurmountable.

Just curious, do you know anyone who isn't 'getting old' or older?

As a silly aside. I once had a student who tried to tell me he had a 'Photogenic Memory'.

Yes, it seems that many here are older people, if that's what you're saying. I think there is an age, where one tends to seek out philosophy, and that age is of those, on their down hill slide. Not exclusively, no!

No, I meant "do you know anyone who is getting younger in years as time passes?"
