One prob with your ridiculous constitutional style four year presidential term government is that it allows presidents to chump out on you, pull some fast shit and you can't get 'em out of the Whitehouse on that alone. In a soviet system, on the other hand, there can be direct and immediate mandate and recall of a political official.
