Any clown can call himself a "guru". But it takes qualifications to be an actual "teacher".
Someone, everyone, please take this seriously.

Pearls before swine.
Re: Someone, everyone, please take this seriously.
When it comes to the nature of existence, personally, I wouldn't even call it a ''Teaching'' I would call it more of a ''Speaking''
A teaching is just a reminder of what you already know.
It's a talking to oneself as and through the art of listening. Kind of like a personal self-inquiry. And in my humble opinion any one who qualifies themself as a ''Philospopher'' and puts their ideas out-there on the internet for the world to see, needs to take full responsibilty for the kind of information they are unleashing as a truth. Ultimately, when it comes to who is the philosopher that delves into the nature of it's curious self is the only one qualified to speak their own truth through direct experience, as the old adage goes..''..the proof is in the pudding..''
What philosopher doesn't even bother to delve into the nature of the actual ''thing'' that is calling itself a ''Philosopher'' in the first place? but then goes on to believe it's got a really good handle on everything that is going on, and yet no one who is alive and breathing with a beating heart has never been alive before, not ever, and they think they are Qualified to know what they are talking about...come on!!... that they even think they are qualified to be a philosopher at all is laugable until they know who is actually philosophising here... Anyone can be a ''Philosopher'' but no one seems to want to be the one who asks itself WHO or what is the THING philosophising here..
Who is qualified to be a philosopher? who, who, who lets the dogs out... but you yourself, you have appointed yourself, you are self-qualified right...? ...failure to know the WHO ..will be missing the point of Roy's videos..
What's the point of being a philosopher if you are just going to dismiss or ignore the thing, the who, the one, who is philosophising the nature of existence, and it's qualified place in it... in the first place?
Seems to me that philosophers spend 99% of their time going round and round in endless circles with each other over and over again.. over theories that never seemed to be resolved or agreed upon anyway, it's like some sort of competition to see who can shout the loudest, or who can know the most, or who is smarter, or who is more qualified to speak, or who is more wise, or who is most ignorant... It's just mostly an ego bolstering boosting slinging match to see who can throw the most weight around.. and then you get the I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine kind of mentality...very cultish, very clicky, very snobbish and ...I've just run out of words....but I'm sure you get the drift by now.
We're all the same one gardener here, planting seeds in each others mind, but ultimately it's your job to water your seeds.
The mind is a two way mirror. Either the mind masters you, or you master the mind.

Re: Someone, everyone, please take this seriously.
It's not even that.
It's the split mind mentality. There are only two types of people in the world.
1: Those who live the Truth
2:Those who live the Lie
There is no middle person.
As for Charisma..appearances can be misleading. Charisma does not tell us whether someone's knowledge is correct or not.
Ulitmately the student is the teacher and the teacher is the student. . there is no other.
Re: Someone, everyone, please take this seriously.
No conceptually known ''thing'' ever presents itself.
Everything known is a ''representation'' of what has already been presented. Reality is a PRESENTATION...never a ''representation''...It's no wonder you do not want to discuss with what is only an illusion.
And that piece of nonsensical wisdom is exactly what the ''videos'' are representing...aka an illusion knowing it is an illusion. No wonder you run a mile.
What's even more laughable is the idea this wisdom can be refuted or debunked.
This topic is not for everyone..if it's not for you, why are you still here? What do you have to gain by responding to a message you have no interest in relating to?

Objection!!Iwannaplato wrote: ↑Fri Aug 26, 2022 10:13 pm How did you arrive at the conclusion that calling people delusional so early in the process of meeting them is the best way to spread your idea?
In answer to the HOW question: The same way you arrived at the delusion there is another self who you can meet. When in reality no two selves have ever met. Have you ever thought about that? do two selves ever actually meet in the real world in reality? do two atoms actually touch each other, apart from influencing each other which is a conceptually known touching.
When you start to consider that atoms are about 99% empty space and they make up 100% of the universe, you can start to see you're made up of nothingness.
How can that which is infinite touch another infinity? How can empty space touch itself. The elecrons that fill up the entirety of empty space are the same space that they are made from.
And who told you you are delusional and do you believe you are delusional, and if you do, then aren't you the one who being the delusional one here? Reality does not take on the role of personage, it has no mind or intention to do so. . so the who that does is the deluded one.
That's what the videos are pointing to.
You are empty and full at the same time. Philosophy is delusion. Roy, aka no one is right.
.
Re: Someone, everyone, please take this seriously.
Seriously, stop stalking me you slimy grubby big greaseball of misery confusion and delusion.
I never signed up for anything in this world, if I did, I would certainly have made one of the biggest errors in my entire life.
Get of my face you creepy weirdo.
Stop dragging my name up in every thread you tread on. It's just downright freaky. Let it go, just let that Dam thing go....Don't say you haven't been warned....you have been warned many times, and yet you are still fiddling with me... you dumb idiotic nincompoop.
Re: Someone, everyone, please take this seriously.
No problemo.
Re: Someone, everyone, please take this seriously.
Does Roy have qualifications to be an actual teacher?
I might have missed the bio.
He probably meets the legal qualifications to be POTUS.
Is it more difficult to be a teacher than a POTUS?
Re: Someone, everyone, please take this seriously.
Your "pearls" have been quite abstract up until now, Roy, so maybe it would better enable us to appreciate their value if you were to thread them onto a real life necklace so that their beauty could be properly appreciated. Give us some examples of how your "Fundamental Model of Reality" could be incorporated into our governmental, educational and legal systems to make them operate as you think they should. Maybe you could also tell us how giving up looking at the world as 1-1=0 and thinking +0- instead will make us happier.

Maybe you should stop trying to relate to an imposter. . that'll be a good example, just there, here right under your nose.

That's what the videos are pointing to...take no notice of the man behind the curtain.
