Amod? Give him time, veg. He's not (formally) in-forum often.
Patience.

according to my sources the increased prevalence of obesity and diabetes should keep driving continued mid single digit demand growth for insulin therapies... although Wegovy is having launch problems due to supply constraints. I feel good about this so I'm gonna buy and hold some Novo Nordisk even tho we're trending 2.00% down over the past week, 8.61% over the past month. our biggest threat would be Lilly's rolling out that tirzepatide in 2023. it's definitely got potential for a superior profile, and fankly I'm a little nervous about that.

a 16% drop in seven days forced Ethereum to deep-dive but that's not necessarily bad. the short term price action might be ugly in smaller investments but if this $ETH merge happens it'll pull through with the new upgrades and be second only to Bitcoin. I'm fuckin buyin bro. I feel good about what Hayes is sayin.

Just wanted to commemorate the very first wanking in this thread by vegetariantaxidermy on it's grand opening date.
"Microaggression; apparently this means ''indirect, subtle, or unintentional discrimination against members of a marginalized group.'' How does one qualify as 'marginalised' (another wankism)".
This question would make a fine study in sociology and I think it was an excellent wankism, myself. The microaggressive behavior of the progressive victim identity manufactured by leftist media and intellectualism.
Conservatives say be strong enough to ignore any minority status you might have and trudge onward in your own self interest. Okay that's a great attitude to have but bro there are real, lived economic disadvantages experienced everyday by the people who compose these victim identity groups... so the complaints are legit, are real, aren't just abstract leftist concepts. Rather leftism and the Democrat party capitalize on those conflicts and hyper-propagandize them, often exaggerating and blatantly over-emphasizing a conflict to gain viewer/voter base.
And technically the Democrat left is a state capitalist left, not a Marxist left. These systems are fundamentally different in the most important ways that matter when you're using general descriptors like 'leftist' and tryna lump em all together.
Wankisms in society evolve dialectically through rational contradiction, to borrow from Hegel. This particular wankism is a product of an internal conflict in society, the way it's arranged, one that produces instances of smaller, systemic injustices and unequal privilege/right that regularly interferes with people's social and economic mobility. Awarenesses of this fact produces group/class interests that are then brought to forebearence by that group as a collective force of negotiation with government, business, what have you.

It has nothing to do with 'left' or 'right'. It has everything to do with facts and evidence--which are apolitical. American idiocy is destroying/has destroyed everything. Now toddle off to some more ear-assaulting.promethean75 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 22, 2022 2:56 am Just wanted to commemorate the very first wanking in this thread by vegetariantaxidermy on it's grand opening date.

Ford's cutting 6,000 jobs and restructuring everything. Shares are down 7% in the past week, but the monthly trends are steady and solid. We're gonna go ahead and get those shares now while they're low and hold out for Ford to get their shit together. i feel like in the next several months they're gonna make that comeback. plus the competitor tesla ain't doin fantastic right now so Ford's got a fighting chance if they restructure properly.

Re: _______________________________________________
so this is what the basic experience with trading has taught me so far. it takes money to make money and you have to become an animal to do this. of course you can make money on penny stocks and share fractions but it's such a little amount it doesn't justify the amount of time and labor you invest to do so. you wouldn't be like 'yay i made ten dollars and i only had to have my face in my phone for eight hours'. seriously, you're on your phone all day watching the floor waiting for that thirty second window to sell what you have and make that measley five or ten dollars.
so it's not that you can't make a little here and there if you put a couple hunerd in the right places... but that you wouldn't for such small returns. unless you enjoy doing it and think it's fun, an investment value less than a grand isn't gonna make you anything substantial in the short term and all that fiddlin with the app is gonna be in vain. this shit is work, people. even if you do it from your couch.
lol my total return in amazon stock is enough to cover the combined equity loss in like seven other little companies I'm experimenting with. you cannot go wrong with Amazon shares. even the tiniest fraction of a share yields damn near daily gains.
so check it out get the Robinhood app and they give you a free $5 to start with. i shit you not you can turn that $5 to $6.64 over night. then repeat.
many of you will not make it, and those who do run the risk of becoming that ruthless animal. Leave your morals at the door, gentlemen. this is about business.
"See that little black box? That's called a smart phone. I'm gonna let you in on a little secret about these smart phones. They're not gonna download the Robinhood app by themselves. Okay? Without you, they're just worthless hunks of plastic. Like a loaded M16 without a trained marine to pull the trigger.”

Re: _______________________________________________
jesus i dunno what to do with AMC. trends are especially volatile right now and share prices have plummeted. it's said to be a stock issue with Cineworld and Regal Cinema, who's considering bankruptcy at the moment.
but we are entering the post-covid film industry age where movie production should take off again.
57% of analysts say to sell. The others, to hold. but nobody says to buy even tho most are unfazed by the volatility and say it'll settle down when these new 'APE' stocks get rolling.
do i buy or what? i mean how could AMC ever go bust? AMC is an American way of life bro. it's like hotdogs and baseball. Even if Regal goes down i think AMC is gonna make a comeback when the movie industry gets moving again.
goddamit I don't know what to do. I'm scared. Hold me.
"AMC Entertainment’s AMC Preferred Equity Units, or APEs, rose 1.2% on their trading debut on Monday, while the theater chain’s stock fell 38.5%, but analysts were unfazed.
Despite concerns expressed by some users on social media about AMC’s stock plunge, analysts say that it was not unexpected, noting the APEs’ similarity with a 2-for-1 stock split. The volatility will settle, they added.
The APE equity had surged after market open, quickly rising more than 30%, before pulling back."

Poor little troll needs attention. Didn't mummy and daddy give you any? Or did they give you too much? I'm of the 'too much' school of thought. Brats get addicted to a lot of attention, and when they reach adulthood and discover that no one else is interested in them they go to pieces and do whatever it takes to get it back. American children have long been known as spoilt, ill-mannered, obnoxious brats-- and they don't get any nicer as they get older.
