Some people just get better 'brain food' from a young age. They don't on average drink and smoke or take drugs when they are pregnant. They feed their babies and children properly so that their brains develop well. They nurture their chidlrens' natural genius and read to them and give them the right puzzles and games to stimulate their curiosity and create strong neuron activity and connections. They have a strong focus on a good education, often making huge sacrifices so that their children can have one-- and their offspring respond accordingly by working hard and doing well. The results speak for themselves.
