Sweet spot in Thai Noodles. Buckethead on guitar. What was done wrong here. The drummer broke up his beat after '... he liked the thai noodles' thing. Notice how he's carrying a full beat into that groove and playing the high hats. After the thai noodles bit they shoulda held that groove solid for at least thirty more seconds. Instead it dissolves.

I hate when bands do that. The best part of the song isn’t long enough and the rest is mediocre compared to the best part.

I'm not disappointed with that album (Bernie's Brains etc) but I'm not terribly pleased with it either. Some of it is incredibly good, most of it is nonsense.

Sweet spot in 48 Hours To Go. Now here they DID do it right. They carried it out a little longer.

The problem here is obviously Buckethead becuz he won't simmer down and play like a normal person. He's like Steve Vai meets Mr. Bungle. The whole album is just bizarre acrobatics.

Still tho, Les's vocal shit is overkill sometimes with that redneck thing he does. Sometimes he nails it (Wynonna's BBB is a superb example), other times he ruins his own song with it.
