If we must have a standard model, an ideal to which all should aspire, we'd call Edgler Vess from Koontz's Intensity. This guy is the ultimate zen serial killer.
If anyone were to aks you "ever been Zen?" you would have to be like, "I don't think so," now more than ever.

And just as we expected, any mention of a serial killer with an IQ higher than a buck ten brings with it somewhere a reference to Nietzsche. Notice that? Incidentally, Vess has a Doberman named Nietzsche. It's so horrible only Koontz could get away with it. Stephen would never do such a thing.
But why do the sociopaths who read N always have to be these terrible people? Why can't they just be like Satanists who work at Circle K and buy ceremonial daggers from pawn shops and comic book conventions that they examine while hanging out and taking bong hits? Why do all Nietzscheans have to kill somebody?
Jesus, you guys are worse than his sister. First he's a Nazi and now he's a serial killer instructor.

So we had a listen to audio recording of Mr. Brady in a phone conversation with one of his solicitors while in prison. I was relieved to hear that he sounded more like a Scottish football hooligan than a shrewd intellectual. 'f******' and '****' were very frequently used words in a matter of a few statements. This confirms that Mr. Brady is an authentic autodidactic working class greaser and not an educated soc. Hearing what i thought for a moment was dialogue from a scene in Trainspotting made me sigh with relief.

So many gems in Dr. Brady's magnum opus i couldn't post em all if i tried. Here's one, page 75. Just excellent stuff. How could i have only found this now? I musta read Shaefer's snuff books and thought that was the best a psychopath could get outside of a hollywood bestseller. Boy, was I wrong.
This is what happens when you have access to a typewriter or computer for 50 years in a prison. You tend to write really good stuff.
"Man secretly thrills to, or derives profound psychic comfort from, the satisfac-tion of successfully convincing others he possesses little or no evil in his intrinsic character, but is expert in detecting and condemning it in almost everyone else. So cohesively corrupt is this moral schizophrenia that even his indignant, sporadic criticism of evil is momentarily experienced as genuine; aesthetically rooted as it is in the smug satisfaction of having caught out someone less adept in duplicity and hypocrisy than himself."
This Gates Of Janus joint is so good you feel guilty and like something's wrong with you if you don't want to kill some random dude by page 20.

"Like Dostoevsky’s antihero Raskolnikov, the criminal not only wishes to taste the extraordinary, but also longs to know whether he possesses the will to dare reach for it. Hamlet-like, tortured by doubt and indecision, the longer the serial killer procrastinates, the greater becomes the urge to resolve matters by cathartic, homicidal action. He can ‘resist anything except temptation.’"
That's it. I can't take this anymore. I'm going to kill someone... you guys coming or what? We have to do this, people. Our resilient natures must prevent us the suppressive polarizing turpulence of these disadvantaged and envious moral-schizoprenics we daily endure!
Now I know why Myra obsessed over this bloke in her dairy. What a sleek evil bastard. Look at that futuristic front cowl on his Tiger Cub. You thought the intellectual that quoted lines from Horace after every comment he made only existed in the movies until you met this dude. Like he was that bad. It's like dude, not so deep all the time. Not always wine in a triumphant gesture of iconoclastic defiance while looking out over the Moors and Hess is posing on a rock with her beehive and perky 60s bras tits poking out. Sometimes you can just play cards or go to the sodapop stand rather than plot a sacrificial robbery.

Wait... i think i just found a slip-up that may bring a sixth victim to Mr. Brady's victim count! Observe the following sentence:
"For instance, i regard personal disloyalty as the worst crime of all, and have killed some guilty of it without a qualm."
"Some people? The two boys and girls were thrill crimes. The only murder on his roster that could have involved perceived disloyalties would have been bro with the axe.
But he said 'some', not 'a'.
Or, it could have been one's grandiosity on autopilot. Like when you hold your hands out to show your friend how long the fish was that you caught and you stretch it a bit.
Please also note that we've just discovered that Mr. Brady is, indeed, not a Stirnerite. Which means he's a soft-egoist. He does not fully understand the nature of human reality or he would have omitted that crime as offensive. A union of egos exists only insofar as it is at each moment noncompulsory, without obligation and a decision made by each party under no duress. Otherwise, it's fascism.
In fact, Mr. Brady was such a fiend that when he kissed Myra the first time he was such a brute he banged her teeth and almost injured her. He also had her remove a top she had on that he didn't like while standing in the middle of the street. Not cool. Not a Stirneritic union.

The case of Mr. Brady is deceptively simple and nearly identical to his own analytical conclusions about sexy Ted.
Had you gotten Ian a good job and some kind of opportunity that matched the calibre of his ambition, the carnal desires he later developed that were fostered by the shit he was readin' would have still evolved... but they would have been expressed and spent in legal ways. In short, he could have become the legal psychopath he so loathed. A politician, a business owner, an investor, trader, all legal ways intelligent assholes can amass serious wealth with.
But because of the material circumstances of his life, namely, a series of events leading unavoidably to the fact that he'd never be able to realistically be schooled for any degree... he was fucked. The training schools and thefts as a kid set him up for a serious loss of social mobility for years to come afterward. And here's the problem with that. Your homeboy Ian isn't the guy who you put in a menial wage labor job like a butcher's delivery boy. Most excons are simple idiots that accept and commit to their ruined lives after they get out and do end up working at Kroger until they retire. And it's no fault of Ian's that he simply can't do that. His brain will talk him out of it, seduce him away from it, start bringing Dostoevsky lines to mind.
Like sexy Ted, Ian, too, was a controlled natural sociopath by adolescence that had no destructive urges beyond innocent fantasy until something compounded their circumstances. For Ian, it was money... that's what started the scheming... which started the criminal activity... which exacerbated his feeling of difference from others and his perception of himself as an enemy of the State. Agent Ian. It all started because that fuckin butcher pays a shit wage fit for a mexican, not a Scot.
We need to look into his employment activity throughout the period of the murders. Was he working? How'd he make money for fine wine, motocycles, and chocolate biscuits 'n tea?

A word on the GOATs, Lucas and Toole. Two homo-sexual hobo drifters with body counts amassing in the hundreds. Dr. Brady writes:
"When Lucas was again eventually arrested in 1982 for the squalid murder of his fifteen-year-old common-law wife, Frieda Powell, the niece of Toole, he was asked why he had dismembered the body. Lucas revealingly replied, ‘It was the only thing I could think of.’ In other words, it was a murder committed in panic and without forethought. Hardly the pattern of the psychopathic, calculating, seasoned killer Lucas later claimed himself to be, with several hundred prior victims to his credit. Such a killer would surely by then have been an expert innovator in such basic matters as disposal. Nevertheless, when police routinely questioned him about other possible murders, Lucas began confessing to every homicide put to him. Contagiously, eager detectives from police forces from almost every American state began converging upon this prodigious confessor and were not disappointed. As the body count Lucas claimed he had killed mounted, it must have seemed to the gleeful detectives that Lucas would next be revealing that he was the second shooter on the grassy knoll in Dallas. The final, grotesque total of homicides Lucas confessed to reached over three hundred. Nominally, this made him the most prolific serial killer in American history."

This is the daily atmosphere in this house and has been for almost ten years now. The State will pay for all of it, and in destroying the State, i will come as close as mortally possible to murdering god. Kill the body the head will follow.
This house is almost carnival like it's so morbid. Imagine waking up every day trapped in a house by the Sheriff and seeing indisputable proof that there is no god every time the wretched diseased creature that is your own mother walks by.
My worst fear is that she die too late, and I'm too old to enjoy what little money i might get after the reverse mortgage loan is paid back. I was hoping to get a good ten years of life back, having lost 6 in two wrongful imprisonments.
The oven element bent a little like a year ago. The cat lady only just noticed. In honor of big Ed Kemper. You're not alone, pal.

Remember, this is someone who can't set an alarm clock or lower a car window. No, you don't understand. 10 years of this. 10. Listen to her hold her ground. Yeah, no, when i say i would murder this disgusting piece of filth, i really mean that. That's disturbing to me, man. She is the grossest, foulest thing i have ever known... and no other human being has ever brought me to sounding like i do when I'm screaming at that piece of shit. My old man almost strangled her shortly before the divorce, and her second husband's three daughters would literally fist fight with the piece of shit.
Oh man, this is so tragic. If i could just get an attorney or someone with some rank to listen and make something happen, so much could be prevented. I've done all i can do short of marching on the court building. The clowns just aren't listening.

Why is the sociopath the highest type of human being? Because he is an expression of the worst circumstances that can become a human being and being so, he is the greatest argument against everything innocent and free of the circumstances that are uniquely his, those worst things that can happen to someone and did. Which means, more or less, he undermines everything else, cancels its legitimacy, its opinions, and its relevancy. He proves wrong merely by existing. He shows what is fundamental about the world... its eternally godless, pointless suffering.
Sociopaths occupy a real world of violence, incompetence and hypocrisy while the well-turned-out, the lucky dice throws, miss it all and remain in a platonic cave their entire lives, serving only as a source of senial chatter that drives the sociopath even more insane. It's pretty fucked up, mates.

If you listen-to/watch enough commercials with young adult groups in them, you'll notice an interesting phenomenon. The speech patterns of the young males begin to mimic the speech patterns of the girls... not vice versa. Vocabulary, cadence, everything. If you artifically changed the pitch, you'd think you were hearing a girl talk. What's happening. Well, it's a kind of sexual infiltration on the part of the emasculated Body-Axe male. He adapts the manners of the girl he's trying to seduce hoping she chooses him. But worse, he doesn't know he's doing it. This means this isn't an act. He's actually a play-act with ulterior motives incarnate, not a guy deciding to do something clever to get a girl.
The girl chooses him and any sons, should they marry and have any, grow up to be worse than their fathers (if you can imagine that). Which means a bigger push-over.

Btw this is a gen z thing. No other generation of males have ever done this in such a pronounced way. I call the gen z males the first of the AI augmented wage-slaves... as malleable and harmless as the females.

Compare this trash with women of the 60s and 70s. Now more than ever, could the rapist serial killer be justified. Hell, you'd almost be rooting for him if you had any decency.
The 60s and 70s chicks were like victorian conservatives compared to these disgusting bimbos... and yet they were enough to evoke the wrath of a hundred serial killers. Imagine bringing all the greats back from the grave and putting them on the streets again today. Poor Ted and Gary would likely have a heart attack from excitement. So many whores you could shake a crow-bar at em.
Tragic, man. It's like the State is fuckin with em. Its capitalist/consumer culture creates this trash by the generation loads and then protects them with surveillance and forensic science. Dangling carrots in front of the killer: ha ha, you can't kill her! Smile, you're on camera!

Lol, I'm watching moonshiners on history channel. A camera crew out in the woods filming a family of hillbillies making moonshine. What's wrong here. Well, this is an illegal activity. Why then does the State allow such activity to be used as a form of TV entertainment? Shouldn't, instead, the POleece demand of the camera crew that they show em where the moonshine camp is so they all can be arrested?
Can i also say that if the POleece don't do this, they are not fulfilling their obligation as enforcers of the law?
Not just what the State does but also what it doesn't do. For instance, the Don never served a single day in jail despite all the white collar crime he committed.
It's surreal that the citizens are so baked that the State can actually boast about this on international news stations, and still nobody moves a finger... except for the ones on roofs who end up being bad shots.

If i were a serial killer, this is how i would justify having no sympathy for the parents of one of the bitches i kilt.
I would argue that the second worst thing to taking a life is creating one. The terms of this creation make it abundently clear. A child, not asking to be born, is forcefully brought into a terrible violent meaningless world from which it will inevitably exit, sometimes in tremendous pain as it does. What could be more contemptible than a mother, then?
And worse... as she's forcing this child into this miserable world, there are already thousands who live without families... meaning, the evil bitches that forced them into the world ended up abandoning them. What kind of an asshole doesn't adopt a foster child and instead brings another child into this shit world?
Sure, when i see a feeble and aged Mrs. Downey, with that horrible nasal thing she does when talking (and in a British accent, at that) crying in an interview, i do feel a type of base human sympathy in what regions of my brain do still exist after a lifetime of physical and mental abuse by others. It's akin to wanting to help a dumb animal escape some kind of pain it's in. But that's it. She simply doesn't have it in her to know how truly bad things really are. So bad that nothing can be brought against Mr. Brady. It would shock her to know this, just as it would shock her to hear how, as a mother, she's not that far removed from a killer. As such, i can't see her as something deserving anything more from me than pity or indifference.
