Perhaps we should ask why does Gaza need aid and why does one Nation say who can or cannot provide that aid?
The second part of your question, here, was what I was asking in the opening post.
To me,
The human beings in "gaza" need aid because people in another country believe that they have some sort of 'right' to displace, and starve, the human beings, children and babies, in "gaza".
The reason why people in "israel" say who can and who can not provide aid to the human beings in "gaza" is because those people in "israel" actually believe that they have been given some sort of 'right' to do what they are doing, here.
