It's an Anthropology term. I can only tell you, in Anthropology circles, it is not "a hoax", nor is it derogative.

It simply means people who mix their race, races being European, East Asian, South Asian, East Indian, Native American Indian, Australian Aboriginals, Sub-Saharan African Aboriginals, and Semitic-Arabians.

If you are one of these groups, who mates with an ulterior group, then that is Miscegenation (Heterogeneity).

If you mate within your own group, then it is not Miscegenation (Homogeneity).

By definition, most humans are Homogeneous. It is only in Cosmopolitan, heavily immigrated, "Globalist" areas, that is the exception (Liberalism) to the rule of Nature.

I thought you were saying the opposite. Obviously when you have a country like China where the overwhelming majority of people are Chinese then there's not going to be a lot of racial mixing. That's hardly rocket science.
