There was as much relativism when god still lived as they is now after he is dead. If i may suggest the profound irony, though. Had the death of god been enough to break the working classes out of their yokes and send them confidently into revolution, much of the extreme relativism in the world today wouldn't exist (because the revolution had greatly reduced the kinds of conflicts that allow for such a variety of competiting views, values, etc.)

So it's not that we were less nihilistic and relativistic before the Enlightenment. We couldn't have been because the same conflicts existed before then (and were even worse) that do now.

Oh lol check this out. In this one, someone calls six or seven times a day, wanting to ask the cat lady if she's got the funeral expenses and arrangements taken care of or something like that. The cat lady doesn't answer the phone, but it's a white chick's voice. There's an overdoneness in her voice, and you can almost picture her on the verge of breaking up and laughing while there on the phone. She's not in my suspect list, so she must be some kind of affiliate... stalker's girlfriend, maybe? Stalker partner? I dunno how it works.

This has been going on for about a month. What's the intended effect, though? I mean, other than finding a spot in the list of causes and reasons why so many bad things are gonna happen. Are they mocking me for wanting her to die? Trying to get her to die by subliminally planting ideas of funerals 'n shit in her head? I dunno. Imagine that, though. Like, do these clowns even have jobs or what? I wanna know what a day in the life of an obsessed cyberstalker under the illusion that he/she is right about anything important is like.

Having too much dignity and self-respect to plead even when you are owed what is being wrongfully withheld from you. How fuckin' boss is that?
