Yeah, that you claim you don't claim anything is part of the curiosity. That's the same as Age more or less. He claims to not believe anything.
Given your conception of what a belief is (static/non-causal mental entity, unrelated to behaviour/action).
I don't have any of those in my head.
If it ain't useful an it doesn't pay rent - it gets evicted.

It's that beliefs are not
necessarily related to behavior/action, and of course they're not the same thing as behavior/action. It's not that they're never related to behavior/action.

Well, I don't know about you but I wouldn't bother with making fucking coffee in the morning if I didn't believe that I want it.
And I wouldn't bother investing millions in renewable energy if I didn't believe global warming is a problem.
And I wouldn't bother investing so much of my time/energy burning down a Philosophy forum if I didn't believe Philosophy (as you idiots practice it) does more harm than good.

Sure. That beliefs are not necessarily related to behavior/action means that one can have a belief that one doesn't act on. A lot of things that people learn in school are in this vein. For example, one might learn and thus have a belief that "Mollusca is the second-largest phylum of invertebrate animals after the Arthropoda," but that belief never relates to any behavior/action after the person moves past the biology/marine biology course where they learned that.

You seem to spend almost all of your time just posting to me, though. That's not going to do you any good for your objective.

So why waste any time acquiring such a belief?

That's just your confirmation bias speaking.
Use that "Search" function. Do some basic arithmetic given my post-count.

You can't help it. You acquire countless beliefs every day, even. About various things that happened, for example. The vast majority of those are never acted upon. Of course a lot are forgotten, too, but not all of them are.

How would you falsify that claim?

Right, but since I've been here. It seems like well over 90% of your posts are to me, where I doubt anyone else is reading all of this.

There are multiple claims there. Which one?

"since you've been here" is precisely the confirmation bias....

That's what I was referring to. I didn't mean your total post count.

So one way to falsify that for someone would be to acquire evidence that a particular person seems to have no capacity for observing and remembering anything that happens.
