Look, I was a construction worker WHILE I posted here & many other forums. ALWAYS used my legal name. I had to get jobs using different employers all the time.

But for sure as in the manual labour industry they were hardly the cutting edge of IT back then but today I think your union views alone would lose you a lot of work now-a-days. At least over here they would.

That's all I can tell you. There is nothing to fear.
