Re: True Story of the Day
How can an X interact with a Z without conforming to some kind of rule of engagement, so to speak.
When the transcendent god creates a world, does he simultaneously create the way worlds are created by transcendent gods? See wuddum sayin'?
In our world, things move around and go bump with great regularity, enough in fact to say with a great degree of certainty: "This is what happens when an electron collides with a proton" and be right over and over and over again. Whatever it is that's making things happen like this is like a third party to the event itself. Causation. Some kind of teleology but without direction.
Now, what made god have to create supernova to form galaxies? At .12 seconds after the Big Bang event, god already knew in advance that planets with life would be existing thirteen billion years later. So, was the big bang like it was so the planets could be, or are the planets because the big bang happened like it did?
If the former, then there was something restricting God's freedom; he'd have to do it 'this way' if he wanted planets later on.
The question is, is this restriction itself set in place by god simultaneously with the action of creation.
Discuss!

@ 0:45. He totally just let junior score that goal and could have easily stopped it. You know why doing that is bad? Because kids are smart and they know when you're lettin' 'em win. He should have sent that ball packin' when that little punk tried to score that goal. I mean if you can't kick a goal faster than that you don't need to be playin soccer.

Re: True Story of the Day
Alright, check this out. How do i know my radical leap into Christianity is authentic and not just the curious experiment of an atheist?
Stay with me here: i do the prayers... i even talk out loud to god. I pay close attention to everything i do to avoid sin. I follow the laws of my land, I'm compassionate and tolerant, and i give when i can to those in need. I count everyone as my brother or sister. I run the full gamut of being-a-christian.
Could at any point either a first or third person perspective be able to look at me and know i wasn't just experimenting? How would i even know if i 'truly believed'? What is the difference between the two states 'truly-believing' and 'falsely-believing'?
Let's add that all those things I'm doing as a christian i would have done anyway, sans the prayer stuff. What exactly, then, is the special ingredient that makes the dish authentic? For all intents and purposes, I'm a christian even if I'm not a christian.
The authenticity must then be qualified by the internal and personal... what, dedication? It can't be certainty because you can't be certain god exists. So it must be how strong you insist on believing? The commitment to 'acting as if' x is true.
Again, though, how much further can one go than talking out loud to a god and doing christian stuff. See what I'm getting at?
There is no difference between authetic belief and inauthentic belief here. The only qualifiable difference between christian-me and atheist-me would be my language. I would speak differently and say stuff like "god is dizzle and you have kizzled him" or "go with god, friend."
"An authentic christian is someone who keeps their disbelief secret and openly experiments. An inauthentic christian is an open disbeliever who keeps his experiment secret" - Gustave Vonhamsonshmidt (Critique of Kierkegaardian Philosophy, p. 163)

Re: True Story of the Day
Christianity flourishes in part because it's an attractor of two distinct types. One type is soft and afraid and wants protection. The other type is bold and duty-bound. The lion of god, as it were. So Christianity doesn't only attract pansies... it also seduces strong men into wanting to fend for it just because it is so extraordinary. Here, the lion of god feels the thrill of being able to discharge his aggression in the service of something tremendous and tremendously important. I mean, is there even a greater cause than god's?
This lion of god is a noble involuntary egoist. A good-willed individual who hasn't yet been at odds with a cause he will end up standing for and defending. It can work that way. If the cause is no direct threat to him and also much greater than him, he can safely adopt it.
But all this is just to satisfy his desire to lead and be an authority, to enjoy praise given to him by god when he does God's will and the security provided by belief in eternal reward. Just look at Manny. He wants to fight, mates! This isn't about god. Hell god could be a flying spaghetti monster for all he cares. It's the cause that gives him excuse and reason to go beast mode.
Total egoist if i ever saw one. But he's good, though. Naw, he's straight. He can do that... but he won't be able to hang out with the voluntary egoists because we don't fuck with the involuntaries. They're like philosophical freshmen.

Oh no. Candace, what have you done. That's the worst amateur mistake a black person can make when tryna save Africa from getting no credit for anything: "so Egypt isn't a part of Africa?"
You never say that! That means you haven't even noticed the phenotypically regular difference between a mid-south afreekan and an egyptian african. She's already made a fool of herself by that quick snobbish scramble to prove nasty Nick the negronator wrong by including egypt. She's knows damn well egyptians aren't AFRICAN african.

@ 48:30 nasty Nick gets in the zone. Leo sun sign with Leo stellium in planets governing communication and passion. These aspects are what pace him. The dominant, confident Leo orator (mercury in Leo) is slowed and made pleasant, given flow and rhythm by Cancer in Venus and Mars. Without these chill signs in these two important planets that Leo stellium would have put him out of balance and made him the pushy unpleasant Leo.

Wait a minute I may have mixed up the moon. It's moon or Venus that is cancer with sun, mercury and moon or Venus as Leo. Mars is cancer.

Re: True Story of the Day
The channel owner opens the video with "the black guy in the corner" doing an intro rap...
"they say I'm stealing Nick's clips like I'm stealing Nick's chick"
... and then scratches his head if someone like Nitro-Nick the negronator calls him vulgar and crude. It's very strange.
At the end, he does the commentary. It's takes about three or four minutes to get the ball rollin' because in trying to remind people to be skeptical of what the media tells them - something i just did in a single sentence - he goes into this long drawn out analogy and uses the example of him not trusting if the epstein card sig is real to give us an example of being skeptical... as if we needed that kind of lesson and analogy to be reminded of the importance of being skeptical. Then, at the end of it, a whole minute later, he says, "But let's get back to it etc" without having gone anywhere yet because he's been trying to work out meaningful analogies to prove a simple point. There's a nice confusing chess metaphor later too.
Finally, with nothing substantial to say for very many minutes, we get the "we just need to talk" and the "the overseers are making all this conflict happen" stuff. This coming from a guy who just opened a video with raps about stealing his guests chicks.
I'm just like. Yo did you like. Like bro are you seriously? And you still don't underst.... Wooooow.
@ 1:09:20 OHGI begins to drop mad wizdomz, as it were...

Re: True Story of the Day
Lol, imagine what the poor christian is going through when he turns on his TV and sees men in suits grilling each other over evidence that their politicians are all pedophiles. It's all wrong. Evil is everywhere now. The second coming is near, etc.
And yet this kind of shit with men in suits has been happening since the dawn of civilization. Civilizations, I'll add, that were designed and modeled by the very people who were the most influenced, affected, and empowered by religious dogma. One has to ask, "was there even a garden of eden at all?"
No, there wasn't, and here's what's going on. The christian's religion has brought to bear the existence of a nightmarish world made so because it allows the ruling-class to feel and have artificial authority over men, modeling that authority and the State hierarchically as the kingdom of god is arranged. The State and its ruling class then become a copy and representation of divine law here on erf, or so they think.
Today, we are at the end of a long, drawn-out historical process of the dissolution of the State and the religions that founded them. Old pedophile politicians in suits slinging mud at each other is part of the nightmare that Christianity has created in the west. Or i should say 'maintained' since the State structure is essentially the same as Rome's. A society of class warfare run by useless parasites and their cronies.
And that poor christian, confused now, too, does the only thing he can do when he can't make sense of anything: turn again to gawd, the guy that made the whole thing happen.

How conversations with god should have gone when the main religious dudes had their revelations.
"No, I'm not doing this. If you want those people to believe, you go tell 'em, bro. I'm not doing this thing where you tell me, and then i go back down the hill and tell everyone i just met god and he told me to tell you this is how we're gonna do things. That's just retarded. Why should they believe me? And what if one of em gets a big idea, wanders off, and then comes back sayin' he also met god over by the cyprus tree and god told em to go ahead and make some administrative changes to what i was tellin' em? See how complicated this thing is getting, bro? Forget it, I'm not doing it. Nope. *plugs ears* I'm not listening I'm not listening...."

"There is no separation of church and state. It’s a fabrication, it’s a fiction, it’s not in the constitution. It’s made up by secular humanists." - Kirk
See what I mean about the structure of the State and God? This guy actually thought there was a god and that his being who and where is is something purposed by that god. Kirk rose to the top of a social economic system put in place by god and was given authority by god to defend it. This is called the Lindsey Graham syndrome and guys as far back as Augustine and Aquinas suffered from it.
The reality of it is: middle-upper class boy born in the right circumstances provided to a small minority by the machinations of capitalism has the luck and financial support to become a traveling podcaster and avoid having to get a real job. There is no god here, just a hopelessly confused clown with enough luck to have an easy life (well until you-know-what happened).

Re: True Story of the Day
I believe i may have suffered a massive spike in intelligence levels due to my suddenly stopping smokin' crack. The receptors that had grown to receive and absorb the extra quantities of dopamine had been quickly trimmed as my dopamine allowance dropped significantly, causing my dome to adjust. We reallocated these auxillary receptor cells to source for synaptic connections in the frontal cortex (complex reasoning area) through cross-lateralization... effectively expanding both the RAM and internal storage drive capacity.
What happened was i musta blown my brain up, and then all the extra wiring couldn't be neuro-degraded, so it was re-sourced.
Through the intentional manipulation of brain altering substances, i made myself smarter! Go ahead, seek my counsel, and you'll see what I'm talking about. I'm like Travolta in Phenomenon now, you guys. I'll be back in a second. I've got cold fusion figured out and I need to write some notes down before I forget. Plus there's pigeons in the street and I want to develop a game-algorithm for plotting their movements on a Cartesian three coordinate system spread. I can't do it if they fly away... hang on.
