I was determined to stay out of this thread but I can't resist any longer. If any of you don't know who Glenn Gould was then check this out. Possibly the most philosophical musician who ever lived. He is certainly one of the greatest pianists who ever lived and, in my opinion, one of the great thinkers of the twentieth century. This clip shows him playing his own transciption of the Die Meistersinger Overture by Wagner.
