Quite a lot of confused ranting there, but none of it is my problem.

If the representation of a feast around a table must be understood as a reference to the most famous example of that table with poeple around it scene... then by the same reasoning the multiple Nazi salutes at the Trump inauguration must also be understood in as a reference to the most famous example of that salute.
