though US is an enabler - via drones and arms to the Suadis - it is folly to blame America for the Yemeni war.

fact is the Sunni president Sala left the country 5+? years ago when the 80-percent Shia had enough of him, since that time the Hoothis have controlled most of Yemen and the Saudis (being Sunni and hating the Iranians) have been trying to take back Yeman for thier sunni puppets.

I support the will of the Yemeni, which is basically the Shia Hoothis living there. if their wish is to keep Sala out and to have the opportinity they were denied when the Sunni had the better jobs 5+ yrs ago and prior.

the whole mess over there has nothing do due with America, its now a fully regional war between the two main powers in the area - the Saudis and Iran.

side note, America was and is still on the wrong side of history per Bahrain (we have a naval fleet there and so remain on the wrong side of history in a nation that is made up of 20-percent Sunni with good jobs and 80-percent Shia with shit jobs/descrimination (just like in Yeman prior)

The news cycle is short so i'm sure nearly all have forgotten the Pearl Roundabout protests (and the 30+ doctors and nurses who were given 20 yr jail sentences for upholding the Hypocratic Oath - i've not forgotten, and look forward to the will of the Bahrainis to eventually overthrow thier corrupt Monarchy (and American - since we are on the wrong side of morality (and national interests - per long view) per this case).
