Well, many people have played liar's poker, but nobody has ever played Ouzo. In fact, I've only played Ouzo once in my mind, confirming the double/redouble ploy I had abandoned years earlier as unplayable, but that had come back to me in an auditory hallucination that said the game would be played at a much higher level.
I played "Air Chess" once, I beat the other player, and it wasn't a hallucination.

In his first appearance Jesus appeared as a man, so according to human logic he should appear as a man again, but you are correct, there is no reason to expect God to behave according to human logic.
Well, as "The Ouzo Prophecy" says, the name of the Second Coming of Christ will be Tor, which is a man's name, but as Arising well knows, since a woman's name can be used for a man, I guess vice versa would also be possible.

Oh my god, I think I'm going to be sick. You mean to tell me that you haven't labored over this game to ensure the highest quality standards and playability, and yet you've blabbed on and on about some freaking auditory hallucination?

I have news for you, it's still UNPLAYABLE and nobody gives a crap.

And how can this game be played at a "higher level" when it has been created by someone at such a low level? That doesn't add up... except to maybe ZERO.

The Ouzo Prophecy is just so much meaningless drivel, get over it.

How do you explain that the spokesman for the ultra-conservative, Biblically-oriented Spiritual Counterfeits Project wrote, "What can I say? Your argument is fascinating, tightly-reasoned, for sure. But I have to wonder, is it true?" He didn't seem to think it was meaningless drivel.

Bob, you and your bottles of petrified goo should be in a Museum of the Absurd.

I'm going to share/repeat the following information with you to give you some perspective, which you seem to need to be reminded of. (I normally do not talk about these things because, unlike you, I don't want to be defined/limited by them. Rather, I want to be amazed and move on.) I have physically created and test-played a fun game (with other people) which is surely WAYYY more interesting than OUZO. I also have a book published on Amazon, am working on the next one, and I have many, many published works via my employers/clients, which I've won 10 awards for. One of my employers even wanted to copyright my methodology. I'm still moving forward and setting standards that receive exemplary feedback and support... while I remain a free and very playful and unconventional spirit. (This doesn't even get into the paths I'm blazing in my personal life.) These inspired paths have brought me the increased freedom I currently have to play and curse more while I philosophize. :D What the hell have you actually produced that has supported you, and advanced you, and been of value to others? Name ONE thing (that’s one more than zero).

And you want to preach to me (and others who accomplish great things in their lives) about YOUR divine guidance? I think you should fire your guide and get a new one that doesn't suck.

What was this thread topic supposed to be about again?

In the beginning, I played a lot of liar's poker. One time, a very poor player wanted to change the rules by allowing a challenged player to make an "escape" bid by making an even higher bid. I was a liar's poker purist and didn't want to even consider such a rule change, but other players persuaded me to give it a try, and I soon realized that this rule improved the game 100%. At that point, I tried to come up with more rule changes, and the first one I considered was doubling and redoubling like in bridge. However, I came to the conclusion that this rule was unplayable for liar's poker, and I couldn't come up with any other ideas. It would be years later, when I began my research for "The Ouzo Prophecy," which began as just a promotional idea for the game, that I had the auditory hallucination.

So, how is this different than the start of any other religion that starts as promotion, and which is championed by a fanatic who has hallucinations... and who denounces all others?

Well, the Church of Ouzo is not a religion, but a divinely inspired interpretation of the book of Revelation. But anyway, name me any religion that started as a promotion, and was championed by a fanatic who had hallucinations.

Nothing in Logic accords this. Now Induction might but that is always open to change. 'God' or 'Gods' have to follow Logic if they wish to exist or be things or states of affairs.

The Church of Ouzo.

More importantly he wrote "The Ouzo Prophecy: I doubt if it is true, and if it is true - SO WHAT?" indicating that he didn't really think much of it.

Well, the Church of Ouzo is not a religion...
I think you must have some kind of reading deficiency as indicated by your last two posts.

Just because you say it's not a religion, doesn't make it so. You've been wrong about almost everything, and you're wrong about this too.

So the game needs to be played in your imagination, preferably when you are whacked out on drugs. No thanks, I'll pass.
