You know, the fact (I found the news article) that Chuck Norris said that should only be in favour of Obama, as a side-note. I mean, if Chuck Norris finds Obama terrifying to that extreme then surely Obama must be one tough president ^^

as i understand it the problem with setting money as your main goal is that if you achieve it all you have is money

but if you fail you have no money nor have you done anything you enjoy

my mom studied early childhood education in university - with everyone telling her how a BA in early childhood education will get her a job that pays barely better than working at mcdonalds

but that is what she wanted to study and that is what she enjoyed doing

a combination of hard work and a fair bit of luck resulted in her making a fair bit of money but even if she had not made the money she would have been doing what she enjoyed

My financial goals probably won't be that different from many others.I made it a goal to chase money because i didn't ever wanted to have to listen to a boss tell me what i had to do,where i have to be & so on, not because i wanted some stupid fancy shit..i chose to achieve that & in doing that,i sacrificed other things in my life.i have no kids and i'm still single..and contrary to the popular belief, money CAN buy you happiness.

Doc ,i did just about everything right,but i always felt like something was "missing". I've always thought that having kids would fill this void and would complete me as a person.almost all of my buddies & colleagues are married & have kids.Lately I feel, more than ever, a strong fatherly instinct. I have always wanted to have children,but never wanted marriage ,i've always been a casual guy,i enjoy the casual nature of things.

The problem here is that Herman Cain was doubly wrong. The phrase "nuclear capability" is very different than the phrase "possesses nuclear weapons". "Capability" specifically means the nation has the scientific labs that are capable of building a nuclear weapon. "Possession" means the country has weapons that are armed and ready to launch. (Of course, China has possessed nuclear weapons since 1963)

Political pundits understand this distinction very clearly. This distinction can have grave consequences in a situation like Iran or in the fine print of IAEA laws.
