Was the civil rights movement a bad thing? Are population changes a bad thing? Were the 1950s the gold standard of freedom and prosperity for all?

We live in a racially and ethnically diverse society today compared to the 1950s. It doesn't seem like it is realistic or does any good to yearn to return to the 50s.

This being a philosophy forum, you will get challenged to define your terms. I have heard this phrase "Cultural Marxism" a lot lately, being thrown around in a rather vague way. Do you simply mean "every dude I disagree with" or do you actually have a definition of it that in some way links back to the actual writings of Karl Marx?

Cultural Marxism is an outcrop of the Communist-Marxist movement in the West, that after failing to unite Western working proles into their Marxist Revolution, instead switched tactics to a general Demoralizaiton campaign:

It can be all of the above. Nature abhors a vacuum. Empires only grow so large before they recede. I believe the American Empire is nearing our geopolitical limits. Because our Culture has been debased and attacked, left vulnerable.

The US Political landscape is deeply divided almost 50-50. The rumors and threats of Civil War have bubbled-up this recent decade; I used to doubt them until Charlie Kirk was brutally assassinated by a Leftist, and much of the American populace cheered and endorsed his public murder. That led me to doubt the unity of our country. If half your own country want you dead... for politely debating culture and politics at the Universities, then yes, we will break soon. Violence is something that rarely, or never, gets put back into the box once it's out.
