It's hard to be wrong 100% of the time.

So twue, so twue ... but it is possible to achieve by insisting on consistently erroneously speaking of killing desire or killing other human emotions, or like when insisting that Buddhism is all about suffering.
When speaking to Bevis and Butt-Head, Buddha says that Enlightenment is freedom from desire.
He doesn’t say to destroy desire, or end desire, which is wrong.
He said freedom from desire, and freedom from desire is freedom from attachment to desire.
It's about freedom from the influence of desire, from the conditioning of desire.
As goes desire, so goes people.
One can be free of desire’s influence, or a person’s influence, without trying to destroy the desire ... or the person.

Not so hard when being either very specific, or very general.
In between is the hard confusion caused by
middling management.

The OP killed any need for exploring further same-sourced unannotated displays.

Since Fairy has chased off any funny/interesting posters who were foolhardy enough to become involved with her then this is apparently the level of 'humour' that we have to endure now.

People who are not fighting to survive have grown weary of desire.
Desire is for suckers. Detachment is for losers.
I am everything and nothing.
Nothing to get fixated over.
