What a horrible story. Do you care about anyone but yourself? Did you lose any sleep over that business you probably ruined, the one that was kind (stupid) enough to give a job to a lunatic? Did you put 'lunatic' on your CV, or let them know before they gave you the job?
Btw, 'It's better to do evil than nothing at all'' is not even a saying. It makes no sense whatsoever. It's nothing like the 'saying' in your thread title.
They both sound like something you've dreamed up in one of your psychotic episodes.
What a stupid question. Obviously, my mistake bothers me. When I was first diagnosed, it was illegal to ask people about their health situation in job interviews because it wasn't deemed fair to discriminate against people based on health except on special jobs where one's health situation would clearly be an impediment. Since you're on the topic, do you ever think of anyone but yourself?
Stupid question. In case you hadn't noticed I hardly ever talk about myself--and only when it's relevant.
Clearly your 'health situation' WAS an impediment. It destroyed someone's whole business and took away the jobs of multiple innocent people.
Just the fact that you call it a 'mistake' shows how little you care. Sounds like a bit more than just 'a mistake'.
I resigned in shame after my mistake. It wasn't long after I was diagnosed when I got the job, and I had no idea I would have that problem. It was just an office administrative job. Why are you so fucking vicious?????

You constantly attack people with the most vicious trolls. You're as callous and inconsiderate as they come, dear.

I think, mebbe, we all spend too much time worryin' about
doin' right and not enough about
not doin' wrong.
Seems to me: we need to get the friggin' plank out of our own eyes before we start messin' about with the splinters in our neighbor's eye.

Are you telling me to 'be kind'? You aren't that 'kind' yourself. I'm just expressing my observations based on what you have written.

Just buzz off and leave me alone. Life is miserable enough without you in the world.

You made the post. So you don't want anyone to comment on your posts unless they are singing your praises?

I don't want people looking for ways to rake me over the coals for mistakes anyone could make under the same conditions. Why did you even respond the way you did?

Oh right, 'anyone' could make the 'mistake' of completely destoying a person's business via a photocopying machine. I can't even IMAGINE how that could have happened.

If you had delusional episodes that were beyond your control, you'd probably have done the same thing.

And it 'just happened' to occur when you had the chance to destroy someone's business. Ok.

Only you know that, Gary. It rather looks that way from here.

How does it look like I did it on purpose? Where did I say I did it on purpose?

As far as I can ascertain, you couldn't cope with the job, so you did something to ensure that you would never be able to continue with that job. You weren't thinking about anyone else. Better to destroy the business than continue with a job you don't want.

As far as I can ascertain, you couldn't cope with the job anyway, so you did something to ensure that you would never be able to continue with that job. You weren't thinking about anyone else.
I was having a delusional episode and wasn't able to discern what I was doing. I thought I was doing everything the way I was supposed to until I noticed that piles of documents were out of order. That's when I realized how bad my condition was. Up until then I couldn't tell I was putting things out of order and forgetting pages etc. etc. It's like being caught in a whirlwind of confusion and not realizing what I was doing. I didn't do it on purpose. But believe what you want. I don't care anymore what you think. I feel enough like shit just for fucking up so badly.
