He has a mechanic on call who will support whatever he tells you, and at the scale he's operating on it's minor expense.
I have mine to do a looksee and he charges minimally for such services, for his regulars
Examples are infinite.
offer another cuz I just shot your first out of the water
You don't have an equivalent ability to gain or check the information that the seller has, ever.
actually, as a professional researcher, I do...but that's beside the point...sensible people do their own leg work, and the there generally is no disparity between buyer & seller except, mebbe, need (my need of his vehicle vs his need for my money)

What definition of evil would that sort of thing Not fit? Pick a context. It's Bad. for society.

I avoid the word "evil", it suggests something that I don't think exists.
Is it bad for society? I certainly don't like it when I'm a victim of it, so I would instinctively tend to agree that it is, but how can we know that a society where every single member was scrupulously honest would actually function?

That is also sufficient.

I think the rules of society are meant to aim towards justice, but society is in need of target practice.
Incidentally, what's going on with your quote function?

This thread comes under the category of, "wouldn't it be nice if".
Wouldn't it be nice if the sky was always blue; Wouldn't it be nice if we never grew old; Wouldn't it be nice if no one ever cheated.
It also puts the burden of finding faults on those least capable of doing so and who have the most to lose, how is it not completely obvious to everyone? Well, everyone isn't in charge so it doesn't really matter how obvious it is.
That is the obligation of the good wife. She is expert at finding your faults and making sure you don't forget them.

and if his need for my cash is is larger than my need for his car: then I, the buyer, am in charge
