That is actually a paradoxical statement. If know nothing, then I don't know that I don't know everything. Therefore I must know at least something.

A true statement would be "I know that I don't know everything". However, this could not be verified.

Or else "I don't know what is unknown to me." Tautology.

Or else "Not everything is an unknown." Empirical tautology.
