No such thing as 100% free will

The short definition of choiceless choice is a lose-lose situation like the choices in a concentration camp. But not all choices are lose-lose yet you seem to imply that all choices are lose-lose.

I'm not implying that at all.

A choiceless choice in my understanding just means choices are 100% free to be in every moment.

Thanks to unconscious decisions and my sales experience and other influencing reasons, I believe that free will is severely limited, if it exists at all.

There is not such a thing like unconscious decisions. Everything that is done unconsciously is a reflex. There is however conscious decisions which we can know about them when we reflect on what we have done.
