Natural selection is more like a logical program in nature. The creature itself can not form its own limbs. The environment determines the logical formation response. I reject god and do accept flawed design, and do accept agency as the creator of natural selection. Nature has inherent logic to it, nothing perfect, but logical nonetheless. There is artistry and successful functionality in nature. There is inborn programming in every creature.
