No, Canadian channels are not available for me.
It is by chance that I can watch Barnaby on ZDF neo (a German channel). I don´t have TV at home, nor internet.

Another thing:
It is usually very nice weather when Barnaby is inspecting and the bright colours make a soul relax too. You could feel like in Toscana.
And nobody is hurrying too much. Occasionally Jones has to run after someone but only for a few seconds.
It´s not an action film and not a tough film with someone like Clint Eastwood.
