You certainly are one goofy motherfucker, aren't you!
What on earth would give you that impression?

You ought to get to your knees every night and pray to Sir Tim Berners-Lee as with his invention he's saved you from the nuthouse

Bob... why do you have such venom for a COUNTRY? It's not a being with a personality. You do realize that you're arguing, therefore, with a figment of your imagination, right?
I have venom for any country that supports a church, pays homage to royalty, and is socialistic to boot!

But you attack people just because of where they LIVE! They didn't create the country any more than you created the U.S. You could have just as easily been born in another country... and then you'd no doubt be blasting the U.S. Really, can't you see how stupid you're being? I feel it is my duty to point it out to you.

It's extremely funny how "freaks" believe that any one person or nation is responsible for any particular thing that mankind has come to create, too stupid to realize it's all about where they draw the line in the sand. Oblivious to the fact that all knowledge is a-posteriori. In other words, everything is based upon everything that came before, since the beginning of time. FOOLS THEM ALL, only ever in need of self validation!

Low self-esteem anyone? ;-)

Believe you can find some in another's accomplishment, that your knowledge is based upon?

I refer you to the plaque on Bascom Hall at the University of Wisconsin - Madison that reads, "Whatever may be the limitations which trammel inquiry elsewhere, we believe the great state University of Wisconsin should ever encourage that continual and fearless sifting and winnowing, by which alone the truth can be found."

As usual, immaterial and irrelevant.

There is none. You did or do not attend the university so you are encouraging nothing. Just freeloading as usual.

It did not so much "launch" as plummet.

Many of his "inventions" though way ahead of their time did not actually work being made from material that were too crude.
His diving suit would have worked, but his aircraft never got off the ground, and his tank would have been almost impossible to move without an engine.
