When you say a document of paper and ink has intrinsic value, you obviously have no understanding of the words "intrinsic" or "value," but you might look them up in the dictionary to make some progress in that direction.

You have been fooled into believing that the government is responsible for control of the people.

While paranoid conspiracy theorists like you are still stuck in a Civil War mentality, focusing on their traditional enemy - government - multinationals and billionaires control society from behind the scenes with impunity.
