Then how about a human being who has never experienced love or affection because he has been playing video games all his life so far ? (instead of a robot)
And if you say: either you experience it or not, then many God-believers can also say: you either experience it or not.
And they would add: but you have to be open to this experience.

I think mebbe in such a case the explanation might come by way of the interaction. Such a person would stunted beyond belief but such a person would still 'be' a person. It would take time but I think the simple give and take of conversation, of alignment, of disagreement, would go along way toward moving such a person. And, naturally, as emotions unfold, conversation would turn to what these emotions are, what they mean.
What I'm sayin': before an abstract can be investigated by two (even an abstract like love that's rooted in substance of a person) there has to be common ground, or, a common language, if you like.

Yeeeees.
So a person who has problems believing in God can meet with a Baptist (they are ardent and cordial and eager to share their positive experience with the rest of the world) perhaps and talk openly and then perhaps the non-believer will get a glimpse of God.
Or maybe not.
It´s not easy to believe in invisible things.
Even radioactivity is difficult to believe, if you ask me. Not to metion radio waves.
When I turn on the radio I am always under the impression that it might be magic.
