In your opinion, which of the conditions you've listed does it satisfy? Also, could you please go into a little more... depth ...about what you mean by each of them (lol)? Just a sentence or two would be appreciated.
I think it is not deep at all. It is an empty question, as I think we have every reason to think that "Meaning" is a thing only conscious entities search for and as the natural world have furnished us with life, and nature is not itself conscious, then we have no reason to think there is
"A" meaning.
We are working with an inappropriate question.
Now, on the other hand. "Do I like Tacos": what do I really mean "like" is this a conscious thing, or am I determined to like tacos for a range of evolutionary and innate reasons over which I have little or no Power. Can "I" like at all? Or is the world simply imposing my desire which seems to come unbidden to me?
Now THAT is a deep question.
So yeah, it depends on who is asking.

Very good! So which of your conditions does the taco question satisfy? And could you please elaborate on those conditions.

What do you mean? I've not set out any conditions.
I'm simply saying that "What is the meaning of Life." and "Do I like Tacos" are questions that without context their depth cannot be known.

My mistake. I mean Risto's conditions. When you ask your deep version of the taco question, does it meet his conditions (also, do you agree with them)?
* Valuable, serious, or intense
* Complex to understand
* Satisfies quest for wisdom
* Thorough and well thought
* Requires higher level thinking

Okay, but what is the context of the questions- without them we cannot apply the conditions.

Whatever context you like. Whatever makes it deep.
Wait, is it context or condition that makes something deep?

The context will set the conditions.

Could you please demonstrate that using an example? Any example you pick would be fine.

Context 1.
At the street vendor. Mum;" do you like tacos"; child;"yes"
Context 2.
In the philosophy seminar. Professor; "Do you like tacos?". student;" my likes and dislikes seem to be the result of causalities that I am unaware of as a person, so when I ask do "I" like Tacos, is it my choice or am I at the mercy of unintentional forces?"

And which of risto's conditions, if any, does it meet?

Mybe you could try and figure that out for yourself? Are you trying to get someone to write an essay for you?

No. I'm trying to get you to demonstrate how it works. I'm asking your opinion on risto's conditions.

Why is a man like Hobbes reluctant to provide a sort of answer that Jaded Sage would like to get ?
This is supposed to be a deep question.
Serious, insightful, complex to understand, requiring thorough thinking and promoting wisdom, mainly in the area of emotional intelligence.
The deep answer to this question that I could produce looks better when not spelled out.

Is an allusion a deep thought par excellence ?
