i think women usually have a better feel for what other people want and thus are more likely to know if hitting on someone, talking dirty, etc. will be welcome

men are more likely to just hit on anything that moves and hope they get lucky

It's like trying to hit a moving target. For me, way easier to be standing still and let the target hit me.

The complete opposite in my experience.
Then I've never been much of a predator.
