What the fuck do you mean, "this W. Williams"? I don't have to quote anybody, and if one quotes somebody, how does that become "plagiarism"? Try learning the English language, and I don't mean that British crap!
As usual you are avoiding the question and the point boob but no surprise as this is the sop of the interweeb loon. Still, I'll spell it out just for you;

The problem, of course, is teaching them to write tickets.
Now I and another replied that this is a pretty racist comment. You ignored the other and replied to me
bobevenson wrote:How do you come to that conclusion when I'm always quoting Walter Williams?
I then apologised and pointed out that you should actually quote the person's words else its plagiarism and it's an easy mistake to think the words were yours. I then asked you if you could point me towards the quote that Williams made as I firmly doubt it applied to your 'police' and affirmative action. So far you have not done this so I think I'll stick with your quip being an expression of your racism, how very christian of you.
Maybe I can spell this out in a way that even a dumb Brit can understand. If I were a racist, I don't think I would be constantly referring you stupid blokes to a black economist, would I?

twice in the past two weeks i had complete strangers look at me for a while and then aproach me and aks me if i was black or not
this is not a common thing but there was some statistical clustering
so what is a black person or a white person?
there are still living members of my family who think, and always thought of themselves, as white - and yet were accused of being black trying to pass for white, back in the day
my perceived race changes depending on what I do with my hair, and whether i take extra care to avoid getting tanned - i tan very easily

Yes if you cherry pick his statements and apply them willy-nilly to support your racist aims.
So once again I please ask you to point me toward where you got Williams's words from so I can read them in context.
Christ, I could give you the site that you can read Williams' column each week, but I know you're not interested in that since you're a socialist idiot. P.S. I don't cherry-pick anything, dum-dum.

I offer sympathy as no one should have to live under a cloud just because of their natural color.
Those who hate due to color should feel that same hate reflected back at some point to show them just how unjust it is.

Are there any normal people in your country?
What is a normal person. We, all who are alive, are all descendants of black Africans.

What is it with people on here completely missing the point of blatantly obvious posts? To me, it's not NORMAL to ask a complete stranger what colour they are.

Go on then and whilst you're at it highlight the one where you plagiarised his thought from as I'd like to read it in context.

in my neck of the woods it is very normal for people to ask get very personal with strangers
asking about race like that - that is a bit weird
in my case i am hard to pigeonhole and i run into cases where people come up to me and want to know more just so that they can pigeonhole me
White Supremacy is already the "good racket" that has been in place a very long time.
What other way do you think people classified as White may be persuaded to share the benefits of their "White Privilege"?
United Nations[edit]
The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination stipulates (in Article 2.2) that affirmative action programs may be required of countries that ratified the convention, in order to rectify systematic discrimination. It states, however, that such programs "shall in no case entail as a consequence the maintenance of unequal or separate rights for different racial groups after the objectives for which they were taken have been achieved."[77]
The United Nations Human Rights Committee states that "the principle of equality sometimes requires States parties to take affirmative action in order to diminish or eliminate conditions which cause or help to perpetuate discrimination prohibited by the Covenant. For example, in a State where the general conditions of a certain part of the population prevent or impair their enjoyment of human rights, the State should take specific action to correct those conditions. Such action may involve granting for a time to the part of the population concerned certain preferential treatment in specific matters as compared with the rest of the population. However, as long as such action is needed to correct discrimination, in fact, it is a case of legitimate differentiation under the Covenant."[77]
