Thats what I mean by local. Bad maners is a local mind thing. Good maners are nonlocal. When somebody looses there temper thats local. Good temper is nonlocal to the event. What is done from kindness and in good conscience is nonlocal. All the other rubbish is local. Such as theiving lieing and murder. Its cmmon sense really. All vitue is is nonlocal and is eternal life. Vice is local and finds its way to another place.

Its local to call some one crazy to avoid a debate that you cant win.

Makes sense. Also embedded in the mexican language to say "that's loco". (local)
