the reason for not crossing the road has to be for a local consideration.a threat to local wellbeing.nonlocal consciousness would cross the road and help.value is put on staying nonlocal.not crossing is a localised action.it means unconsciouse action or selfish action.only love is real thats the message of the good samariton story.

ok blags..but that chicken crossed the road for a local piece of corn.but that chickens consciousness was nonlocal.ha ha
