And you haven't lived till you've embarrassed yourself doing it on roller skates.

I was hotstuff on skates back when i was 10 o so. So when at 45 this pommy lass Sandra i was daring says 'lets go to skate rink' i think 'hey i'v still
got it.'
10 seconds into 1st push off in crowd of skaters i went horizontal and landed on my ass in front of 20 teens who all gawphed and made comments like
'way to go grandad'
and
'look he landed on his head'
My butt hurt like hell for a week, my ego for 2 weeks.
Sandra laughed herself silly for days .
In philosophical terms this is called 'empirical experience [my ass].

What one believes rarely if ever matches what is.
Which says that humans are flighty , self centered and not too smart at stuff.
BUT we are not to be 'misunderestimated'.
Homo sapiens (Latin: "wise man") is the scientific name for the human species. Homo is the human genus, which also includes Neanderthals and many other extinct species of hominid;
H. sapiens is the only surviving species of the genus Homo. Modern humans are the subspecies Homo sapiens sapiens, which differentiates them from what has been argued to be their direct ancestor, Homo sapiens idaltu.
'wise man?'
look at the world today and justify 'wise man'.
What's it all about then.?
---------------------
Homo sapiens idaltu. I was totally ignorant of. I learned something new today.. hooray

What's it all about then.?
till we came along it was all about vision, sound, movement, smell, temperature, vibration and REPRODUCING.
Our brilliance is that we have made vision, sound, movement, smell, temperature, vibration our thing.
REPRODUCING
we still act like flies

I learned to Ice skate in college, there was a pond (we called it the lagoon), that would freeze over in the winter.
8 years later I was dating a girl who was into roller skating. Even though I was teaching, I got a job at the rink working the skate room, just for something to do.
I met my wife in a laundromat, her first time, I had been using them for years, She was having trouble with the machines (for real she had never used them before) and I helped her out. We talked and she gave me her phone number.
For our first date we went roller skating, I had been doing it for several years and had made my own skates, (I bought the boots, wheels, and cushions) I made the plates and trucks. I really didn't fall much on roller skates, I got that out of my system on ice.
After skating we went to a room with a bar where a road band was playing, and just sat, talked and listened to the music. It was a band I had heard before. When the band took a break we got up and just started wandering around the motel, and under a staircase we found a piano and sat down. I played the 1st movement of the Moonlight sonata, she didn't tell me then, but when I did that she thought to herself "He's a keeper". We got married 2 years later, that was 35 years ago.

You have a lot of worth to leave, your friends, and I know you will be missed. Hug your daughter and granddaughter while you can, and don't tell them why, just smile.

Your OP is a long delusion about what you think philosophy is. Many clueless people will mistake Kant's ramblings for philosophy, when they'r nothing but utterly useless nonsen and babble.
Can you use can't to solve anything for physics? Neurology? Surgery? Infastructure? Psychology? ..etc, etc ..the truth is you can't use him for NOTHING!!!!

Maybe a "can" can remedy the lost grammar?
