Just such a lovely bit of music from Dvorjak's New World Symphony.
A must in the classic repertoire!! One of my first and most beloved discoveries back when I wanted to move beyond my "metal phase". The melody that comes out of that oboe with its sweetness and bit of a melancholic flavor is awesome. I have also felt that effect with the baroque trumpet music (perhaps I have posted this before):

Anyone who says they don't like classical music is dead inside. Nice trumpet, nice feel to music. There's not one person on Earth who could ever say they don't like any classical music. :)

Shut it you tart. :D

Great memories from the Grunge era. This one had a great psychedelic feeling:

The vid is a crutch for the music, without a video, the music is empty, no?

Here's one of my favorite Christmas tunes off "A Winter's Solstice IV," It's titled: "Three Candles." The video on Youtube only credits Richard Schönherz, but the CD credits: Schönherz & Scott. Anyway, I hope you find it as beautiful as I do.

Here's three, that speak of the inner me.

Do you want to know how I tick, listen to these monumental licks.

Unfortunately it's been far too long, I really can't wait for a new soul song.

The first tune's lyrics, well they're included, I'll print out the rest so, there will be none eluded.

1) First one

--Styx - The Grand Illusion - Man in the Wilderness--

2) Second one

Someone talks about a road
At the end find life's gold

I went out to get a drink of water
But i saw an ocean far away
I thought of how much beyond awaits me
Foolishly I turned my head the other way

Do you like where you're livin' at?
I'm not happy inside
You could build a golden house
Yeah but still I'm sad inside

I set out on a long and lonely journey
And travelled through some strange and distant lands
And many times I thought i'd found life's meaning
But it slipped away like water in the sand

Do you like where you're livin' at?
I'm not happy inside
You could build a golden house
Yeah but still I'm sad inside

One summer storm, I'm waitin' for the sun
One summer storm, I've waited so long
Waited so long yeahhhhhhhh!

In our lives, we've all drank of the water
And heard the ocean callin' out our names
Some will seek and find their life's meaning
And some will turn their heads the other way...

--Ambrosia - Ambrosia - Drink of Water--

3) Third one

Only love can make it rain
The way the beach is kissed by the sea
Only love can make it rain
Like the sweat of lovers layin' in the fields

Love, reign o'er me
Love, reign o'er me
Rain on me, rain on me

Only love can bring the rain
That makes you yearn to the sky
Only love can bring the rain
That falls like tears from on high

Love, reign o'er me
Rain on me, rain on me
Love, reign o'er me
Rain on me, rain on me

On the dry and dusty road
The nights we spend apart alone
I need to get back home to cool, cool rain

I can't sleep, and I lay, and I think
The night is hot and black as ink
Oh God, I need a drink of cool, cool rain

Love, reign o'er me
Reign o'er me, o'er me, o'er me
Love, reign o'er me, o'er me
Love

--The Who - Quadrophenia - Love, Rain O'er me--
