Your appeal appears a touch extreme.

Re: Don't Vote
Forget about the fact that nobody understands that everybody living under a democracy is entitled to a vote, but people also don't understand that voting, itself, is a meaningless activity that has absolutely no effect on anything outside their own minds. It's just another example of why everybody on Earth is stupid except me.

Re: Don't Vote
Let me give you fools another example of your aberrant thinking. In a democracy, you don't believe that people who are insane (a legal term) should be allowed to vote. If the government declares everybody outside the government insane, then I guess you believe that nobody outside the government should be allowed to vote.
Re: Don't Vote
You can't answer the question of why a foetus should be allowed to vote so you're shifting the goalposts. It's also a red herring because this would be tantamount to the government abolishing elections so if that's your best argument against allowing a foetus to vote it's a pretty poor argument. Insanity should also defined by the medical profession not politicians and for your information most mental patients in the UK can vote unless they've been incarcerated for criminal activity. So your assumption that we "don't believe that people who are insane (a legal term) should be allowed to vote" isn't even representative of UK law never mind the opinion of all the posters here.bobevenson wrote:Let me give you fools another example of your aberrant thinking. Honestly though, the argument you've given here is embarrassingly poor.

If you don't think the unborn should be entitled to a vote by way of their parents, then why do you think anybody should be entitled to a vote, huh???John wrote:You can't answer the question of why a foetus should be allowed to vote so you're shifting the goalposts. Re: Don't Vote
There are many reasons but if you expect to vote then I expect you to assume responsibilities and I'm not aware of the unborn being in much of a position to accept responsibilities. I don't think the ability to breed is a good basis for allotting votes either.bobevenson wrote:If you don't think the unborn should be entitled to a vote by way of their parents, then why do you think anybody should be entitled to a vote, huh???
If your idea is such a good one why do you think you're the only one who thinks so anyway?

Re: Don't Vote
I guess you would've been the first person to tell Jesus Christ he was a minority of one. Again, the unborn wouldn't vote directly since they can't get out of the uterus, but a parent can vote on their behalf. What part of 1 + 1 = 2 don't you understand? Trying to get through to you is more difficult than Arising_uk, if such a thing is even theoretically possible.John wrote:There are many reasons but if you expect to vote then I expect you to assume responsibilities and I'm not aware of the unborn being in much of a position to accept responsibilities. Re: Don't Vote
You can't even admit that you are in a minority and that taking interests into account is not the same as allowing them to vote. If you're not a troll are you possibly suffering from some mental illness?bobevenson wrote:I guess you would've been the first person to tell Jesus Christ he was a minority of one. I'm in a minority position, but at least I've got the balls to say what I know to be the truth instead of sticking my finger in the air to see which way the political wind is blowing.John wrote:You can't even admit that you are in a minority and that taking interests into account is not the same as allowing them to vote. Ok, believe what you want even if you don't know why.

I know that 1 + 1 = 2, but you don't, so let it go at that.John wrote:Ok, believe what you want even if you don't know why.

Because they demanded and fought for it numbnuts. You think your unborn can do this?bobevenson wrote:If you don't think the unborn should be entitled to a vote by way of their parents, then why do you think anybody should be entitled to a vote, huh???
