For the discussion of all things philosophical.

Perhaps for the same reason you do it in those instances when you do it. One can only hope you notice this.[/quote]
Ah, so you can't remember doing this yourself. That's too bad. I hoped to guide you to an excellent source of knowledge: your own behavior and then your own motivations. But, alas, you are not competent at introspection or, again, it seems remembering itself; or you lack the curiosity to try. Good to know. I can understand how from your limited perspective you saw this as me not clarifying. So,
1. Once more this one just does not clarify. And, the reason why this one does not I have explained already.

In any case it was a type of epiplexis or counter-questioning.And, why are you 'you' even asking questions to "your" own 'self' here, and answering them "yourself" here, on a philosophy forum?
Yes, this is part of the unruly nature of the world. It doesn't always do your bidding, Age. Even many children begin to understand this before adulthood, to varying degrees. I know it is frustrating for you, not to have control of everything. I understand that you get upset when people do not do exactly what you think they should (read: follow your preferences) when they communicate. But it had nothing to do with what I actually said, and meant.

Really? I didn't ask a question to myself in what I quoted? And you did not ask me about that? But it had nothing to do with any thing in what you quoted.

See how quickly this one 'jumps' to 'a conclusion', again based off of absolutely nothing at all other than its own presumption/s.Iwannaplato wrote: ↑Sat Aug 31, 2024 7:15 amAh, so you can't remember doing this yourself. That's too bad.So,

Okay.
