Since you plan to take over a state and have it secede, that means you have to run for some position (governor?)
That further means you have to campaign and raise funds for commercials, etc. and also means you have to reveal your income on your tax returns, otherwise you're just further pulling our legs with your AEP bullshit so it is our business.
