I keep getting permanently banned

I keep getting the following:

It was happening all last night and again, just now, when I'm away for more than a few minutes. When it happens I have to close all tabs related to the forum and try again, when I'll invariably have to sign in, and then, all the new posts have disappeared.

If I got that kind of results from a permanent, I would demand my money back.

I was on VPN yesterday, and it was going for hours before I got permanently banned. I switched my location on the VPN and went right back up online.
